
Critical Alignment & Restorative Yoga (CAT Restore)
Experience the benefits of slowing down to notice what your body truly needs. These classes combine Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) floor exercises with restorative yoga poses to address repetitive strain, postural pain, and accumulated stress. These intentionally slow sessions foster self-awareness and compassion while improving mobility in both body and mind.
REQUIRED PROPS:
Felt pad – or dense cotton blanket
Strap – with a buckle or any type of belt or tie
Spinal strip – foam or a folded towel folded lengthwise to 2” wide by 1” deep
Bolster – or rolled up blanket
