Jenn has been a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years. She is educated in Restorative, Yin, and iyengar-influenced training. She most recently completed studies in mindfulness and mindfulness meditation, and she believes in the healing power of gentleness. She enjoys genuinely connecting with people and giving them a safe space to explore themselves. She is a writer, a certified life coach, and a devoted life long learner.
Hatha, beginner, flow
Jamie is the sparkle of the water as the sun kisses the surface. She finds balance in nature-capturing the whispers of the forest, collecting rocks and wildflowers, and caring for her honeybee hives. Jamie's yoga practice is flowy and fun, and her classes offer a safe place to breathe, play, and explore the threads of Taoist philosophy woven into her teachings.
Yin, Meditation, Flow
Jordan discovered yoga shortly after graduating high school, and he has been a keen student ever since. He is a continual student of yoga and meditation, and teaches from a place of experiential embodied understanding, so the information being taught is relevant, significant, and applicable.
Yin and Sound, Restorative
Pam is a curious and exploratory individual who is often geeking out to discover the science of spirituality, and you’ll find that her practices include unique approaches to blend the two. She encourages deep inward reflection that supports unification of body, mind and spirit through the use of mindful movement, sound and energy healing techniques.
Parent and Baby, Slow Flow
Allison is a playful spirit with a kind, calm heart. Her classes strive to create space for exploring
movement in a way that honors who you are and how you feel each time you step on your mat.
Outside the studio you can usually find her with her nose in a book, roller skating or hanging out
with her rad family!

Nora has been in the yoga world for over 35 years and is trained in nearly everything. She’s a wiz at helping people move and feel better in their bodies, Her classes are thoughtful, challenging, and sprinkled with story, philosophy, and her love of all things movement and yoga.
