Prenatal, Seniors

Jenn has been a student of yoga since the mid 90's. She loves movement, anatomy, and the magic that happens when people move and breathe together. Jenn bridges her love of biomechanics with awareness, humour, and smart sequences so you feel good in your meat suit.

Sharyl Paull

Strength & Mobility

Sharyl is very serious about yoga and she is extremely passionate about helping people feel better and engage fully in their lives, but inside she's thinking about how she'd like to be wandering in the mountains or canoodling her dogs.

Dana Blonde

Dana is the GOAT. If you've met her, chances are you love her. She's a fabulous teacher, human, dog lover, and former owner of the Yoga Shala. What you may not know is that Dana loves hanging out at home more than anything. With her dogs.

Alexis is a wise woman who will give you so much care, inspiration and attention and also kick your ass in her hips and hammies class. Her love of yoga and yoga philosophy shines through in her teaching.

Pam is a curious and exploratory individual who is often geeking out to discover the science of spirituality, and you’ll find that her practices include unique approaches to blend the two. She encourages deep inward reflection that supports unification of body, mind and spirit through the use of mindful movement, sound and energy healing techniques.

Allison is a playful spirit with a kind, calm heart. Her classes strive to create space for exploring

movement in a way that honors who you are and how you feel each time you step on your mat.

Outside the studio you can usually find her with her nose in a book, roller skating or hanging out

with her rad family!

Natasha has been teaching yoga since the mid-90's. She is a solid teacher who will invite you to challenge yourself in a way that feels inviting and safe. She is a perfect blend of strong and gentle.

Nora has been in the yoga world for over 35 years and is trained in nearly everything. She’s a wiz at helping people move and feel better in their bodies, Her classes are thoughtful, challenging, and sprinkled with story, philosophy, and her love of all things movement and yoga.
