A joyful and uplifting practice founded by Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu( Vishva-ji) this classical style incorporates elements of philosophy, mantra, breath work, movement and stillness to help heal, regulate and stabilize the body on all levels. A playful all levels class to empower and strengthen our connection internally and with the world around us.
This class is based on the Ashtanga primary series, a flowing sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated postures.
Students can expect to get up and down off of the floor, and move at a fast pace. Effort is strong and the focus is moving with the breath. Previous experience with yoga is not required however, it is recommended that you attend some of the other slower paced classes first if you are brand new to yoga.

Chair yoga for all levels. Chairs are provided and used to assist with balance and awareness. We focus on strength, stability, proprioception, and balance to keep you moving well in all ways. Chair yoga is now included in Tier 1 passes, and the seniors unlimited monthly pass

We will meet twice per week and progressively work with a handful of fitness drills that will be tracked and personalized for each participant. You will learn how to create and follow a program, and learn how to progress your strength using progressive overload as a guide to increases in weight and reps.
This is truly a start from wherever you are offering. There will be stations set up in the room so that participants will alternate drills throughout the hour. Sharyl will be there to instruct, guide and to create personalized programs, adjusting as needed. As a bonus, Sharyl’s expertise in helping people with pain and injury will be at your disposal throughout the program. Any pre-existing injuries or conditions will be addressed just for you to help you progress!
Brighten up your day with this unique flow class. Each week we will focus on different areas of the body, moving in new ranges of motion, strengthening and stretching to release tension and leave you feeling better in your body.

This 45 minute flow will get your heart beating and your body moving in lots of creative ways! Short and sweet, so you still have time and energy to head out for your evening adventures. This is a moderate-to-fast paced class, and participants should expect to bear weight on the hands and arms and get up and down off the floor.
This class is 30 minutes of gentle movement and flow to warm the body, tune into the breath, and bring mobility to the joints. Followed by 45 minutes of restorative to rest deeply and calm your nervous system. Props are provided for comfort and support.
Hatha is a well rounded practice that fosters steadiness and concentration within the practitioner. This class will consist of longer holds while also incorporating simple flow sequences to support the breaths integration into the postures. With increased time in the postures Hatha affords the cultivation of deeper resonance between body, breath heart/mind and surrounding environment.
This class is intended for all levels, beginners can get to know the postures structure and more seasoned practitioners can continue to cultivate intricate and detailed alignment.

This class will take you through a flowing sequence of postures to help open and stretch your hips and hamstrings, followed by restorative work to send you into the evening relaxed and renewed.
This class is focused on strength and mobility in the hips and shoulder. It is slow paced with time for longer holds and explorations and includes stretches, functional movement and relaxation. A really great way to work out some kinks and gain greater range of motion in your hips and shoulders. The last 15 minutes of class are spent in restorative postures.

Calm your mind and body in a supportive environment for your little mover!
This class is designed to build strength and release areas of tension with grounding, mindful movement. We will bring freedom to all the areas of your body that work so hard in caring for your little (but heavy!) mover.
Coming together with other caregivers to breathe, stretch and strengthen is a fun way to get out and create community. Little ones will roam the room while you practice, creating a unique opportunity for you both to explore movement and meet new people.
Interactive songs that promote body awareness for your little one are also included at the end of in each class!

The vibrational energy of sound is mindfully woven into this deeply relaxing and grounding yin practice, helping to restore your body’s natural patterns and awaken the healer within. Embrace the art of surrender as you still your thoughts and sink into longer-held poses that encourage deep tissue release and relaxation.
Participants can expect to be on the floor and supported by various props throughout the practice. Tibetan sound bowls and other sound instruments will be used throughout the practice to enhance your experience.
What to expect: We will begin our time together with 1 hour of guided journalling using structured prompts. This is a self-reflective practice that allows our thoughts and feelings to wander. Writing can bring clarity, healing, and connection - it's time well spent! There is no need to be a seasoned writer or share.
After journalling, we will move into deep rest with restorative yoga. This practice helps to stabilize the nervous system, release tension, and foster an inner calm. We practice on the floor with props for comfort and ease.
What to bring: water, your favourite pair of socks, comfortable clothing, eye pillow, journal, pen x2, an open heart.
Jenn Day has been a practitioner in yoga for ~20 years with over 300 hours of YTT. She is a lifelong learner and has studied Mindfulness, Restorative, Yin, and Iyengar (influenced) Yoga. She is a certified Life Coach and has been journalling since she was 10 years old.
A Yoga class for wise men looking for more mobility, stability and balance in their lives. Classes often begin on the ground working on mobility in the hips, spines and shoulders then transition to supported standing postures for stability and balance and finish with a supported rest. The classes are light hearted and a great way to help with the common aches and pains we all experience as we age.
