Let Feelings Grow!

Join us in person for a 90 minute play based workshop.

We will notice and build awareness of our feelings using art and intentional conversation, then move with our emotions using breath, somatics and dance. Let's practice emotional resilience by connecting with our hearts, minds, and bodies. Come celebrate the joy of learning and moving together!

For children ages 7-11 to attend together with an important adult. $40 +gst for one parent and one child.

About the Facilitator

Amanda is passionate about creating supportive and connective environments for growing, sharing, and moving together. She has taught grades 2, 5, and 6 and is grateful to currently work with students in Inclusive Education at Mount Royal University. In her professional life and personal work she is an eager student of mindfulness, emotional regulation, and somatics. Amanda believes that learning empowers our minds and hearts, and that we learn best when we are playing and having fun.
