Join Sharyl for an 8 week progressive session of true strength training. In this group session we will cover a variety of strength exercises and progress through variations in weight, sets and reps. You will learn how to create and follow a program, as well as how to track your progress. This will give you a great foundation of knowledge to take with you to a public gym or your own home gym.
The cost of this course is $400 +gst and is not included in any passes. Tier One members are eligible for a 20% discount, please contact us for a code. Space is limited to 8 participants. This class runs twice per week for a total of 16 classes. REGISTRATION FOR FALL OPENS AUGUST 18, 2025
