Mat Pilates

Designed for all levels, you'll learn the basic shapes and skills of a Pilates practice through accessible and beginner-friendly movements. These classes will start slowly to cover the fundamentals, then progress to a full body workout to help build your strength and confidence. This is normally a registered series, but we are offering it as a drop in throughout the summer!
