Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion integrates elements of classical yoga with breath, somatic movement and alignment. We move through the body and awaken our awareness of sensation, to inform how we move. This class will improve overall sense of well-being, to help you move through life feeling better.

Students can expect to weight bear on their wrists and to get up and down off of the floor with flowing movements. You can expect a moderate amount of effort.
