Move and Feel Better (Livestream)

In this class we focus on movement that supports strength, flexibility and balance. We challenge our hips and shoulders in fun new ways every week, and create opportunities to increase your movement possibilities. Be curious, move and learn to feel better in your body.

Students can expect to get up and down off of the floor (chairs can be provided for assistance), and use light weights and resistance bands. The pace is average and the focus is strength and mobility. Previous experience with yoga is not required. Effort in this class is medium to strong.

Props typically used are yoga blocks, straps, blanket, bolster, resistance bands. You will receive a meeting link when you register. MEETING PASSCODE IS: 123456
