Feel Good Flow

Brighten up your day with this unique flow class. Each week we will focus on different areas of the body, moving in new ranges of motion, strengthening and stretching to release tension and leave you feeling better in your body.

Students can expect to get up and down off of the floor, weight bear on the wrists, and experience an invigorating practice. Effort level is active.
