A Yoga class for wise men looking for more mobility, stability and balance in their lives. Classes often begin on the ground working on mobility in the hips, spines and shoulders then transition to supported standing postures for stability and balance and finish with a supported rest. The classes are light hearted and a great way to help with the common aches and pains we all experience as we age.
Space permitting, drop-ins are available at $25 per class.
WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable, breathable clothing, a mat, a water bottle and sense of humour :)Â
