Embrace the art of surrender as you still your thoughts and soften into longer-held poses that encourage deep relaxation and the release of tension.

We begin with our yoga practice, followed by a brief meditation that leads into a nidra meditation. We close with a few moments of silence before our callback.

Participants can expect to be on the floor, with various prop options available for comfort and support throughout the practice.
