Bring baby for a yoga class specifically tailored to meet the needs of your postpartum transition!
Each week we will work progressively to ease areas of tension and build strength throughout your body. Breath work will be utilized to calm your nervous system, restore pelvic floor tone and flexibility, and rebuild abdominal stability.
This community focused class also includes infant movement, massage and songs for a unique bonding experience. Expect to do what you can while taking care of your babies needs, integrating baby into your yoga practice when possible! Suitable for 6wks postpartum to crawling.
