Strength & Stretch (Livestream)

Attend Strength & Stretch from the comfort of your own home. In this unique and fun class, you will be introduced to lifting weights for healthy aging. There are countless benefits to strength training, including maintaining and increasing both muscle mass and bone density. Each week we will focus on full body mobility and then move on to specific strength skills. Experience getting stronger in a mindful way, with little yoga flows and awesome stretches peppered throughout.

Props: you will need a resistance band, some dumbbells and yoga props like bolster, blanket and blocks.
