Strength Basics

Curious about strength training but don’t feel like a “gym person”?

This 4-week Intro to Strength series is a gentle and supportive place to begin.

Join Certified Personal Trainer Matthew for a small-group class where you’ll learn the basics of strength training in a relaxed environment with plenty of guidance and encouragement. We’ll meet once per week for four weeks to explore foundational movements, get comfortable using equipment, and begin building confidence with weights.

Class size is limited to just 6 participants, allowing lots of individual attention and a comfortable pace for learning.

Participants in this series will receive priority access to the next full 8-week Intro to Strength program, where we meet twice per week and continue building strength in a structured and progressive way.

4 weeks – $150 +gst not included in any memberships or passes.
