
A class designed to help you feel your best in your changing body! Each week we build upon skills and movements to mindfully build strength, awareness, mobility, and a deeper connection to yourself to help you navigate the path of pregnancy, birth, and parenting. This community-based class is led by Jenn Vanderland, a registered CIAYT yoga therapist who is trained as a birth doula and childbirth educator.
Cost: 5X pass $110. 10X pass $210. Please note that only prenatal passes are accepted for this class. New member passes are not valid.
