Mat Pilates Fundamentals

If you want to try Pilates, but feel a bit intimidated, this is the ideal place to start. Designed for all levels, you'll learn the basic shapes and skills of a Pilates practice through accessible and beginner-friendly movements. These classes will start slowly to cover the fundamentals, then progress to a full body workout to help build your strength and confidence.
