Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) is a highly effective yoga-based method known to reduce back, shoulder and hip pain and stiffness whether caused by injury, postural issues or habitual movement patterns.
CAT uses an integrated mind-body approach that explores linked movement chains in the body through specialized exercises designed to release tension and strain and improve functional movement.
Using specialized props, conscious breathing, and slow-moving exercises, CAT can help you move better and feel better.
Nora is trained and certified to teach Critical Alignment Therapy and looking forward to sharing her passion for it with you in this special two-hour session. She will introduce you to the customized CAT props and how to use them before guiding you through a well-rounded series of exercises for shoulders, hips and spine.
Included in your registration is a handout of the exercises covered in the session so you can refer back to them and practice them at home.
