Intro to Strength Training with Danni

These sessions are for those interested in strength training, but not so interested in going to the gym. Classes are capped at just 6 participants to allow for individualized coaching. The program includes 16 classes over an 8-week period. The cost is $400 ($320 for Tier One members) and is not included in any passes. Sessions run Tuesdays/Thursdays at 8:00-9:00am.

ACE-certified fitness trainer Danni takes a supportive, approachable, and highly personalized approach to strength training. These sessions meet twice per week and focus on building full-body strength through foundational lifts (including deadlifts and barbell back squats) alongside complementary strength and fitness drills. Programs are progressive and adaptable, allowing each participant to build strength safely and confidently over time.

You’ll learn proper technique, how to follow a structured program, and how to progress using simple principles like gradual increases in load, reps, or complexity. Stations will be set up throughout the room so participants rotate through exercises during the hour, keeping the class dynamic and engaging.

Danni specializes in working with a wide range of bodies and life stages, including pre- and postnatal clients, menopause support and seniors. Modifications and regressions will always be offered, making this a true start-from-where-you-are program. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to build confidence with heavier lifts, you’ll be supported every step of the way in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
