This class will consist of longer holds while also incorporating simple flow sequences to support the breaths integration into the postures. With increased time in the postures Hatha affords the cultivation of deeper resonance between body, breath heart/mind and surrounding environment.
This class is intended for all levels, beginners can get to know the postures structure and more seasoned practitioners can continue to cultivate intricate and detailed alignment.
