
This class is based on the first series of Ashtanga yoga. Expect a flowing sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, some backbends, and a prop supported rest at the end.
If you can move and breathe at the same time, and like a bit of a challenge, you are probably in the right class. If you are coming to your first Ashtanga class at Wildflower its a good idea to arrive a few minutes early and talk to the instructor.Â
