Our May Challenge is designed to help you create a steady, sustainable movement routine. Explore the full range of our classes and experience the benefits of a well-rounded practice. Try active classes like flow yoga, pilates, and strength and more relaxing options like Yin and Restorative.
Attend a minimum of 2 classes per week to be entered into a draw for awesome prizes. The more classes you attend, the more times your name goes in the draw.
