12 Days of Rest for You!

Hello friends,

I almost forgot to let you know that I am doing a series on Instagram that started today! It's 12 days of rest. Each day I will post a video with one restorative pose that you can practice for 5 minutes, or 10 if you're feeling it.

Rest is radical friends, and it turns out a lot of people don't know how to do it. I want to show you some of my favourite ways to chill the f out, because it's just easier to show up in a bonkers world when we tend to ourselves.

My dog Bodhi will be alongside me as we move through 12 days of rest, because dogs are the ultimate nervous system regulators, and Bodhi in particular is really great at it! He has a sense of who needs some love, and he has always been a great therapy dog for clients who come to my home.
