Wildflower Yoga is a yoga studio in the heart of Calgary's NW. We are located at 4039 Brentwood Road NW, in the lower level of the Village Lifestyle Centre. We offer non-heated personalized classes that are mindfully created to increase strength and flexibility to effect real changes in your body, reduce stress, find community and belonging, and increase your sense of wellbeing.

We specialize in Prenatal yoga, Yoga for Strength, Yoga for Seniors, Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga, Parent and Baby, and Flow styles for all ages and stages of life. We look forward to welcoming you!
